HUAIRASINCHI, a Kichwa word that translated into Spanish means "The Force of the Wind”. It was born in 2003 and today it is the adventure race with more editions in the history of the sport and has staged more ARWS Qualifiers than any other event. 

HUAIRASINCHI explores every year remote places of Ecuador; places rich not only for their nature but also for their people and their history. It is more that an adventure race, it is a way of life that encourages to reach goals and overcome limits, both physical and mental.

The Adventure Racing World Championship 2024 is a significant milestone for the team at Proyecto Aventura, that organizes this Adventure Racing World Series event in Ecuador every year. This race will be the 21th edition of one of the oldest and most respected events in the world adventure racing calendar.
